CEO / Founder
Mark is a founding partner of Adept Consumer Testing. Since 1980 he has played an active role in both strategic and tactical functions of the company. Today although less active in the day-to-day operations he is still very inspirational in the company's growth and direction for the future. He is the key strategist and visionary embracing new technology and keeping Adept Consumer Testing on the cutting edge in our field. Mark has a B.S. in Marketing Management from Bentley College in Boston. He has also completed post-graduate work in Marketing from Bentley, Boston University and the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, Mark is PRC Certified - Expert (a MRA/Industry certification).
G. Scott Baker
Scott became President in 2009 of Adept Consumer Testing. He originally joined the firm in 1998 as a Project Director with a background in marketing research and advertising. Over the years, he has participated in all related aspects of the research process, from facility management to quantitative and qualitative project design and implementation. Today Scott deals with client relations, business development, day-to-day operations of the company and staff, project management and maintaining the quality and reputation Adept has established over the years. He is an active member and volunteer of the Marketing Research Association (MRA), Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group (PMRG), American Marketing Association (AMA) and has served on both national and local committees and boards. Scott received his B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of South Florida as well as continuing education credits from New York University and University of South Florida. In addition, Scott is PRC Certified - Expert (a MRA/Industry certification).
Project / Field Director
Franchesca joined Adept Consumer Testing in 1996 after several years of working in the Entertainment Industry. Over the years she has worked as a Facility Manager and has moved into a role as Project Director/Field Director. With years of Field Management experience for a major TV Network she came to Adept with extensive knowledge and know-how! Franchesca's true passion is Entertainment but is seasoned in the most intricate of projects from Technology to Business-to-Business to Healthcare. Franchesca received her B.A. in Theater at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Project / Field Director
John joined Adept Consumer Testing in 2011 after 12 years of being self-employed as the owner of DMS Research. Being no stranger to marketing research, he has worked with many long-standing clients and companies that he hopes to continue to work with at Adept. John's interest is Business-to-Business, Pharma/Healthcare and Consumer projects. He's a trained Burke moderator as well as a member of QRCA and will pitch in as needed with interviewing or moderating if requested. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and M.B.A. studies at University of Tampa.
Project / Administrative Director
John came to Adept Consumer Testing in 1998 with an extensive management background in customer service. Rising in the ranks of Adept's Call Center to eventually become our Call Center Director. John gained further management experience in our facility prior to joining our team of Project Directors in 2006. Currently he oversees several executive administrative functions in addition to his project work.
Project / Field Director
Daniele joined Adept Consumer Testing in 2007 after completing her B.A. in Sociology from Pennsylvania State University. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles for Adept from call center management to off-site fieldwork including executive interviewing. During her time at Adept she received her M.A. with an emphasis in qualitative interviewing from California State University in Northridge. Using her academic and work experience in her role as Project Director she manages many of our consumer, medical and online research projects as well as off-site clinics.
Call Center Director
Leah joined Adept in 2000 and has worked in various departments over the years. She began as a recruiter and advanced to management positions in both the call center and database departments. Leah gained additional experience assisting our team of Project Directors, preparing her for her next position as the Call Center Manager/Project Manager. With time she then took on her current position as Adept's Call Center Director. Leah studied Marketing at California State University, Northridge.
Call Center Manager
Danielle started at Adept Consumer Testing in 2010 as a Call Center Supervisor and soon thereafter promoted to Call Center Manager in 2011 due to her acute attention to detail and excellence. In 2013 she has moved into the role of Research Manager / Manager where she is working closely with the Project Team on a variety of research initiates. She has a B.S. from Western Kentucky University.
Client Services Coordinator
Katelyn started with Adept Consumer Testing in 2012 as an administrative assistant and qualitative assistant. She quickly excelled to client services with her strong background in customer service. She oversees all aspects of client services for the company. Her meticulous attention to detail and upbeat personality is found refreshing and a valuable asset to all of our clients.
William has been with Adept Consumer Testing since 1987. He has successfully applied his knowledge of qualitative research and technology throughout our facilities over the years. Currently William oversees all logistics in our Beverly Hills facility.
Rene has been with Adept Consumer Testing since 1997. With an extensive customer service background, Rene has successfully applied his knowledge of technology throughout our facilities over the years. Currently, Rene oversees all logistics in our Encino facility.
Facility / Dial Manager
Mai has been with Adept Consumer Testing since 2001. Over the years she has worked and managed several departments and currently co-manages our qualitative facilities. Mai is also our trained dial technician for local projects in one of our Los Angeles facilities or for any off-site location. Her upbeat personality and know-how is a perfect fit for working with internal and external clients.
